Nova Fencing Club | From Junior Olympians to International Competitors

En Garde! Ready? Fence!  Join us for our awesome camp experience.  We teach fencing using fun games and drills. Our campers learn basic footwork and bladework skills from experienced coaches, who have developed both national and international competitors and several current Junior Olympians.

The camps include team fencing tournaments on real electric strips complete with electrical scoring. Hear the noise, and see the lights every time a touch is made!  Our camp also includes additional fun activities such as handball, chess, Legos, making cardboard shields, and at the end of the week the campers band together for Glow-in-the-Dark Fencing.  Why our fencing camp? Because fencing is fun! We love it, we play great games, get fit, and make lasting friendships.

Our camps are for fencers with no experience through intermediate level fencers.  Fencers will be grouped according to their ability. Equipment and uniforms are provided, including protective masks, jackets, chest protectors and gloves.

Each camp is taught by instructors under the direction of Head Coach Greg Kaidanov.  All of our coaches are First Aid/CPR/AED and USOC Safe Sport certified.

Camps can be repeated since every bout brings a new experience.

Core fencing hours are 9 AM – 3 PM. Extended hours are 8:30 to 5:00. There is no additional cost for extended hours.
