Cynergy CrossFit’s Youth Boys Program
- Designed specifically for boys from grades 5 through 8
- Delivered by CrossFit Certified Coaches
- Offered Mondays & Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- Attend 1 or 2 days a week for 6-week sessions
- Build strength, stamina and dramatically increase confidence
- Learn proper mechanics and safe modifications for ALL fitness levels
- No CrossFit experience or athletic ability required
