Cynergy CrossFit’s Youth Boys Program

  • Designed specifically for boys from grades 5 through 8
  • Delivered by CrossFit Certified Coaches
  • Offered Mondays & Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM
  • Attend 1 or 2 days a week for 6-week sessions
  • Build strength, stamina and dramatically increase confidence
  • Learn proper mechanics and safe modifications for ALL fitness levels
  • No CrossFit experience or athletic ability required
